Who are we?
Hello and welcome to the Society of Fine Arts at the University of Nottingham Malaysia! We are a group of students dedicated to fostering a fun, open, and vibrant artistic community on campus. Whether it's casual art jamming sessions, student and professional-led workshops, or artsy markets, we aim to make exploring and creating art accessible for everyone!
What do we do?
Our most well-known events are Art Jamming sessions where we provide the space and art supplies for students to create to their hearts' desire! We also organise student and professional-led workshops, collaborate with other clubs, and participate in on-campus student markets. 1. Please inform us at least a week before your event
2. Materials are rented on a first come first serve basis
3. Use this Excel Sheet to see if there are any date clashes with other clubs!
Please sign and return this copy.Note:
-A RM30 Damage/overuse/lost item(s) Fee will be charged if any damage/overuse/loss is found after materials are returned and inspected.
-If items are returned late, RM5 will be charged per day after the borrowed items are due.

At SOFA we encourage using art to relax and hang out with people. However, we also have beginner workshops where you can pick up a new skill!I didn't sign up during the CS Fair, can I still join?

Of course! Our events are open to everyone at UNM. However, SOFA Members get join events are a discount and have free access to all Art Jams.Can I rent materials for personal projects?
Right now rental forms are open only to other clubs. However, you can join our art jams for unlimited use of SOFA materials! It is free for all SOFA members.Where can I buy SOFA Merch?
